CYOA #5: BIGSTARS, PART 7 (+PART 8 POLL)

Almost had this ready earlier, but it really did keep getting bigger. It's never by design, I actually went in thinking this would be a shorter chapter, but things never felt full or satisfying enough, so...yeah. yeah, there's some spikes in this one. But we're nearing the end again, so it's time to start really escalating!
We're also adding another wrinkle, for next time! You'll see, soon enough–I mean, if you read part 7 first, that is X3 Otherwise, you're just guessing, which you can also do if you're a chaos type >.> The term listed might not quite what it looks like, on first glance!
One last group left, and it wound up being an interesting one <3 Here goes, who gets the biggest here??

2024-12-11 08:09:00 +0000 UTCBigger is always better, especially for stories like this. And this one was HUGE. The amount of Growth alone was so abundant in so many individuals involved. And outside of the Growth Related Events, the way you had the characters interact to anyone and anything going on, made this continue to feel that same "Beastars" charm that it gives out. Even in an over-the-top situation as this, the overall story does feel like what would occur in an official Beastars capacity. Not to mention that Yahya got involved in the Growth now. And only five days after more official Beastars episodes were released. (Saatchi already gave the specifics for the characters, and I agree with them, so I'll leave that be.) And as for another specific, is that how a lot of the characters came back together. Not like some of them had a choice anyway. And as for the ones that're "left out," and soon to come back, I'm curious to see how that'll occur. And how they'll get re-engaged into the story, within the final part of bracket two. For my votes this time around, I decided that the females should get more attention with everything. Since Riz won out the vote against Ten (and only by one vote), that means that this series only has four giant females growing within it. And according to this polling at the time, the males were being covered enough. It only seems fair, especially since both Juno and Haru aren't the biggest around currently either. And Ogma got my vote for the 'cure.' I didn't want Riz to win, but wasn't disappointed when he did. I was curious on how someone who didn't feel like he could fit into this story would do so. And Dna didn't disappoint on that either, even at this point so far. Can't wait for more bigness. If "big" can even be an applicable term anymore. And for the decisions for the next polling too, since it's for the last part, AND the Interstitial before it. Now I'm curious as to HOW an "in between" chapter will occur within all this? And if any other new characters will, or can, be suddenly included at this point? Guess we'll just have to wait until that sleeping giant emerges too.

X3 Incredible breakdown, Saatchi! But yes, another amazing chapter Big Blue! Things have been intense as well so far and Ogma is just making things all the worse, can't wait to see where it leads!

And I’m definitely gonna keep telling you how awesome your Beastars stuff is! As I’ve said before, it’s easily one of my fave big Beastars story / series! (Besides my own obviously, heh.)

2024-12-10 10:09:01 +0000 UTCI forgot to comment on the last chapter so I’m making sure to speak about this one! So first off, Oguma’s progression has gone exactly as I wanted it to. The way you re-introduced him was *excellent* and the unease from Pina that paid off later in how Oguma’s mindset subtly changed and his true motives were revealed was great! Obviously the growth in the tunnel from Pina was a big highlight for me. The peppering of Melon information has me super hyped about what’s coming! The rest of the growth was, as ever, on point! Big and bulky and partly (but ultimately failed to be) restrained. Loved the setting up with Riz, the linking back to the previous chapter. The development with Legosi, Haru and Juno. Side note but it’s nice to see they all settled their difference and just embraced the Big Wolf Life™️! Excitedly waiting for the next chapter and I can’t WAIT to see how the *cure* goes (praying for Oguma to get it because if something goes wrong he’ll react best imo). But eagerly waiting to see what happens to Louis and Melon especially! Keep up the good work!
