W.I.P #164 (Animated) - Ankha

alright, took me a little bit to get this ready to share - but here's the final WIP for the ankha animation!

i'd like to make some adjustments to the tail since it feels a bit stiff and i still gotta animate the mouth for the third pose - but i think that should be it. this project ended up being a lot more in depth than i'd anticipated, but hopefully once it's all done, it'll have been worth the wait :] as of right now, i reckon i should have it ready to render in the next 1-2 days (potentially 3 - but i heavily doubt it'll take that long) depending on how much difficulty i have finding a proper scene and setting that up consistently between all three parts

i did make changes to the first two scenes, though getting them rendered (even for a WIP) would've been a bit of a headache (as i gotta rebake the physics and all that junk) so i didn't include the updates in this WIP. it's nothing too substantial, just polish and the like (and a very slight extension the end of the second pose).

as for the skit, it may end up being a monday release since i've been heavily focusing on getting this done. but regardless, i think i should be more than capable of getting it done by then if not earlier (if something does come up though, i'll be sure to let you all know in a separate post)

i'd type a bit more, but honestly my back has been killing me these last few days so i really gotta do some stretches. either way, hope you like the progress :] i'll be back again soon with the finished product and any other updates i might have to share. till then, thanks as always for the support and take care!
