W.I.P #160 - Ankha

good morning, you radical rapscallions. it's time for cat and time to yap. this animation is definitely gonna be at least 2-3 poses (possibly even a small intro as well for funsies if i got time) - though as for what exactly those poses are, i'm still kind of figuring that out (though you're welcome to share any suggestions below if you got em)
the second image is the same pose, just from a different angle - i'm kinda split between which one looks better (pov should also be doable), so if you guys got a particular favorite of the two, please feel free to lemme know in the comments.

big part of why this one took a while to set up was due to me wanting to have the physics work with the clothing (which i seemingly have been able to get working for the breasts. i might fiddle around a bit more with the available outfits and see which pieces work nicely with it) and also because, for whatever reason, i decided i wanted to set up a little pose library beforehand. should make the process of animating the face and hands much more streamlined than if i were to do it manually

will i use half of them? who knows! reckon it's a good thing to have either way

aside from that technical stuff, another smaller reason has been due to me being unusually lethargic lately - so it had been a little difficult for me to focus on working regardless of how much i wanted to do it. i know i say it like every goddamn post at this point but your patience is genuinely appreciated, you guys are saints.

BUT IN OTHER NEWS, here's a little sneak-peek at the current skit.

lots of setup had to be done for the scene for various reasons, but i think it's gonna be a pretty fun one to do. it's not quite as comedy oriented as the usual ones since i felt like shaking things up a little (still got a good handful of goofs though, rest assured). i REALLY want to get it done by sunday, though with the length of it, that might be difficult. if it seems like that'll be unlikely, i may switch gears to get the skit for the renamon animation done by sunday instead (which is likely to be a far shorter, simpler one, though goofy nonetheless).

so in summary, lots of setup has been done, lots of work is being done, and i'm excited to share more with you as soon as i can. i'll try to be back with an animated WIP of this in the next few days (definitely before sunday) and share any more updates i happen to have regarding plans for this and the skit. till then, thanks as always for your generous support and take care!
