HQ Render - your honor, league of legends (+some progress updates)

did this a few days ago to help test out a model for someone (providing feedback on the rigging and such) and thought i might as well share it with you fine fellows. might animate it in the future.

that being said, i have absolutely zero witty topical comments i can make about league of legends because i will never touch it with a 20-foot-long pole (just never been a MOBA person). to those of you who may love it, i respect your decision (and you have my sincere condolences).

but while i'm here, i'll yap a bit about my progress on the ongoing things. the audio for the pulchra skit is basically done (minus some SFX that i'll likely just add after i do the visuals). in total, it's almost 5 and a half minutes long - so god knows if i'll be able to get it done by sunday. either way, i'll be sharing my progress with that as I work on it over the next few posts.

the iskra animation is going pretty smoothly so far - ended up adding a little intro bit rather than just starting out with the balls-to-the-walls action right off the bat. i've also added a couple of potential additional camera angles just for the hell of it - not sure if i'll end up using them but here's how those look:

disregard the dude's somewhat janky pose, the original camera angle doesn't really show his arms and such so i didn't properly pose them yet

should have an animated WIP for it by tomorrow evening or the next morning, appreciate your patience in the meantime :']

and last but not least - i'm aiming to open the next character poll tomorrow afternoon (or evening if i end up sleeping through my 800% volume alarm again). so if you wanna throw your vote into that comically large hat, be sure to keep an eye out (it'll run for like 3-4 days, so there's no rush, of course)
