W.I.P #145 - Pulchra (plus other updates/previews)

appreciate your patience with me getting this ready! i've been, once again, splitting my attention between this and multiple other things (another SFW side project, the loona skit, the foxy renders (just have had to kinda redo the lighting setup for the POV version - planning to render that tonight), etc.). regardless, here's the first WIP for a project with a character i'd been wanting to animate for MONTHS (there were existing models (which are good in their own right, of course), though i wanted to hold out till this specific one was ready).

been wanting to animate this sorta pose for a while too - i've just been too intimidated by the initial posing part to actually commit to it since it is pretty complicated to do sideways stuff (for me, at least). i think it's a good start though! chances are, i'll end up doing a separate version of this without the mask as well, (i just think it looks cool).

and to not keep you guys completely in the dark about what else i'm doing in the background, here are a few peeks at those aforementioned other things:

the loona skit (featuring the beloved fan-favorite character that absolutely everybody has been asking for) - expecting to have this done by sunday

the other side project (featuring the dreadful goblin of pity) - basically finished though i need to adjust a good chunk of the timing since it doesn't line up very well with the reference audio. should be ready to share sometime in the near future

the POV alt. of the foxy animation - as i said, had to redo the lighting setup which took a little bit of time to do (since the lights need to move slightly when she shifts positions). planning to have this rendered and shared with you guys tomorrow
the pingas version is also still being done - though it's a bit more involved than just adjusting a few lights. but i'd like to have that done sometime soon

that's all i've got for now! i know it's a lot - so till sunday, i'll be shifting my focus primarily to working the loona skit and this project so i can try to get an animated WIP of it ready within the next few days. keep an eye out for that! i'll (or i guess the CAPTAIN) be seeing you again tomorrow with the POV foxy alt, so till then, hope you guys like the sneak peeks :] thanks as always for the support and patience and take care!
