HQ Release (No Sound) - Loona

it took me a little longer than anticipated to get this set for rendering thanks to the usual culprit (physics), but here's the loona animation in (almost) full! there may be some slight noise present in the render - so chances are im gonna have to re-render it entirely, unless i'm just delusional and it's not actually noticeable. but for now, hopefully you guys still like it! when i get around to re-rendering it, i'll try to include the shorter facesitting portion (im just a bit too preoccupied trying to get the maliketh skit finished up before tomorrow to animate that right now). here's a peek at that in the meantime:

though to get back to yapping about this project - i REALLY wanted to do some basic smoke sim for the ciggy, since i thought that'd look nice. but blender, in it's infinite wisdom, decided it would be better to keep crashing every time i tried to bake it (and i tried like 20 times). so unfortunately, that couldn't be done.

but aside from that, i do genuinely like how this one turned out animation-wise! the expressions were fun to work on and the process wasn't nearly as convoluted as my last few projects, thanks to how i organized my efforts this time around.

anyways, tonight i'll be trying to finish the maliketh skit for tomorrow (ideally in the morning, but most likely in the evening). afterwards, i'll be doing some more sound work and setting up a WIP for the next animation. till then, enjoy the release and see you guys again soon :]
