W.I.P #134 (+QUICK MINI POLL) - Egregiously Anomalous Activity

sorry bout the holdup, i managed to finally get some proper sleep after the last 4 days of me being physically incapable of sleeping for more than an hour a day (despite my many attempts). anyways, once i woke up i immediately decided i wanted to punish myself so i took another deep dive into cloth physics to figure out how the fuck half of the settings even work and testing out some ideas i had for improving upon my usual method (which didn't really work out, but it was at the very least a bit educational). while i still don't really understand a lot of it, i at least was able to get a pretty good setup for this that SURELY wont break once i animate things (only took eight goddamn hours).

but hey it's been a minute since i did something with scp-1471 and people tend to enjoy em so hopefully this is a win for everyone. i was initially planning on using the cryptia edit of this model - but because i was having some issues getting it working right (and because this version just has more in-depth rigging), i decided against it. not a huge deal overall since i still adore the original version of the model. i did, however, figure out how swap the face texture (since i thought that would be worth attempting for fun), and as far as I can tell it turned out pretty clean, so i'm gonna keep that for this.

progress might be a teensy bit spotty for a couple of days since i'm still trying to divide my attention between animating this, the skit, that side project i mentioned a while ago, and doing sound work for other animations (which im super sorry for taking so long with, despite mentioning it in like EVERY post). it's honestly a lot to juggle all at once, even for me - so your patience is always appreciated. regardless, i will still be dedicating plenty of time to working on this, so you can still expect to see stuff posted on here at the usual frequency.

however, given that i'll likely be spending the rest of today getting the cerberus/highwire skit worked on - i wanted to get your guys' input on something related to this animation. i'm only gonna be running this poll till tomorrow morning (10AM EST), since i'd like to get to work on this as soon as i can. anyways, the question is:

would you guys prefer i keep the current pairing (human x anthro)? or would you prefer i replace the usual guy with an anthro character (specifically male SCP-1471/mal0)?

not to influence the poll BUT personally, i'm leaning in the direction of anthro x anthro since it'll allow for more freedom with interesting camera angles, but i wanted to give you guys a say before making a decision
