Ruined Nurse - Quiet in development

We should have already implemented it in plan, but We're having a hard time because We can't get the quality we want.
We're also thinking about whether to make it react to all player's movements (small sounds) or only to loud sounds like gunshots.

2024-11-09 08:51:49 +0000 UTCI think the other enemies should react to loud noise like gun shots and quiet to smaller sounds. Maybe like sprinting and opening doors. Also quiet door be barefoot, it's more quiet after all :D
