🏷️Basics
Pixel is loud, smart, and unapologetically blunt. Once she started school, it wasn't long till things turned sour. Her boldness and quick temper made her unpopular, and her unhealthy eating habits led to bullying that only got worse over time. When she realized some of the bullying was tied to her sister, Atom, Pixel felt betrayed and withdrew into herself, finding comfort in video games.
What began as a coping mechanism turned into a passion. Streaming showcased her witty and creative insults and with the combination of her gaming skills, Pixel quickly became popular among the community. Despite the fame, Pixel doesn't really care for her online success as shes more interested in becoming a scientist! (For the MLP-version of NASA)

While she can accept being wrong, Pixel loves being RIGHT. Games rewards those who fair better than the rest, so naturally Pixel gravitated towards it. (She's naturally good at it too) Pixel is not someone who thrives in the public eye and dreads situations where she has to speak formally or navigate social norms.
Strength & Weaknesses
Pixel is more than a hot-headed brat, she’s incredibly intelligent. Given the chance, she’s often the most educated and sharpest person in the room. But her short temper, and disregard for empathy make her a poor team player. (She’s aware of this flaw.)
Personality & Value
Because of her quick temper and blunt nature, Pixel often struggles to express herself calmly or maturely. She frequently misreads her own embarrassment or frustration as anger, defaulting to it whenever she feels cornered, especially in situations where answers aren’t clear or readily accepted. Pixel values efficiency which often makes her cut out empathy.

Pixel was originally made as a one-off prey character for Note Clip.
Pixel Bite used to be one of the 'popular' characters I had back in Tumblr!
She's smart, I like to think Pixel is really good at coding and data analyzing.
I like to imagine Pixel has several accounts where she just answers nerdy questions.
I don't think Pixel has much passion for space, she just likes the challenges they give.
Pixel probably streams a lot of competitive FPS characters and play snipers a lot.
Her Streamer name is C@NDY BUTCHER. While she reveals her voice, never her face.
I like to think she's really good at chess but hates playing it. (grew bored of it)
She started the incest thing.... (Atom doesn't realize it)

Pixel came a long way, as a one off murder bait for Note into now a fully fleshed out character of her own! I'm so proud of her!!! Pixel is cute and quick, hot headed characters are always so much fun to play around with!-REDXBACON

The bullying definitely had a lasting impact, especially on her temper, making it worse over time. I’d say you’re pretty much spot on about why Pixel continues to stick around Atom, despite claiming to "hate" her most of the time. I haven’t written much about how their incestuous relationship began, since that part of the story is still undergoing major reconstructions. So far, I’ve only mentioned the elements I know are unchanging and canon. That said, you did a great job picking up on how it might have started! I don’t think Pixel is fully aware of how manipulative she can be, especially when she uses her intellect against other ponies. But it’s definitely something she does more often than she likes to admit, (online). I wouldn't be surprised if she unknowingly changed a few lives for the worst because she couldn't control herself during her outbursts. Her current personality developed long after her original creation. I originally made her as bait for Note and nothing more, she didn’t have a deep story, a defined personality, or even a sister like Atom. Note was after her mainly because she was fed up with hearing slurs at 3 a.m. during Pixel’s gaming sessions. This was back when I was starting out with storytelling, so I wasn’t very good or creative yet with how things flowed, hahaha! I liked Pixel's design so her personality was developed not too long after and her original plans were scrapped quickly away with it. She became Note's normal neighbor instead, though if they are still canonically neighbors... I'm not entirely sure anymore.

2025-05-06 01:36:46 +0000 UTCCute. I bet a large part of her difficulty in keeping a stable head is due to the bullying she received, and also her desire to be there for her sister. I'm guessing while Atom sometimes makes Pixel feel uncomfortable, she secretly gravitates toward it because it makes Pixel feel even more like she's always right, which becomes a good anchor for her whenever she is wrong about something and needs to make amends. Probably why Pixel started the incest thing with Atom actually. Makes me curious, is Pixel secretly quite abusive of her power and intelligence toward others? Is that why initially the idea was Note Clip went after her, because she fucked over too many people in her constant desire to be right about things? Part of the original lore, I mean.
