I dig this aesthetic. Like aroused/orgasmic lactation (and expanded sizes in general), it’s not about exacting physiological realism, but sensationalism; I think mixing visual elements typically associated with the male sexual experience (like growth/enlargement and ejaculation) makes for interesting and empathic suggestion. It blurs the lines somewhat between the distinctions of gender and puts the imagery in a broader, more universal erotic language and context.
