Weekly report (Jan 15th 2017)

Hello everyone, weekly report is here!

Originally I was going to publish this post after I finish the illustration, 

but I'm sorry everyone, I'm at my limit right now. 

I'll just upload other stuff first. 

I need rest X_X;;


I'll upload the Illustration on another post.


Anyway, here's the pixel sprites I've been working during this week :


1.  Fisher daisy's move set animation :

Now when player interact with locked door, this icon will show up over protagonist's head and give a hint. 




3. Gold card deadbody : Althea Wren

Originally I was not very into putting hints on the door because I was believe that 'finding right key' can be the way of the enjoying game, but then I realized not many people agree with it. Also I realized walking in empty place just to find a key can be affects the game negatively. X_X;

The key notification for doors is amazing. I mean, it was annoying going to a door and hearing the locking sound without knowing which specific key you needed. You could just get every key from that level, but the alternate route had too many you collect at once. At least it's more clear when you actually have the right key. Thank you.

Actually, there are two monsters that use same process you mentioned, but faster version. I really want to make pregnant situation too, but It's too late to add another minion type monster X_X;;a So I'll just keep that idea for sequel :D

a little suggestion. why not adding a monster that not only cant escape while captured but also plant seed inside the protagonist body. while the seeds mature the protagonist will take some damage over time anda the seed will move out eventually and become new plant or monster
