The Fight for the Republic #7

It's here!

The new FfTR show is finally done and folks, its a doozey. If you think you have seen the worst of violence following the German Revolution, the events I talk about in the new show take it to a new level. Its is also the first show of the series where I touch upon the origins or key moments in the birth of Nazism. One of those moments is the battle for Munich that this episode will go into detail about. I'll do my very best to get the last episode of this series in which we'll take a look at the Paris Peace conference and end with Germany signing the treaty of Versailles, out before Christmas. After that I will record an epilogue to the series that will probably be for Patrons only where I go into detail on why I made the series, what my takeaway from the German Revolution is etc.

Before the end of this month, I'll have another bonus show for ya in which I take a deep-dive into the massive L the Republicans took at the recent midterms and more specifically, on their transphobic messaging. That is something I haven't seen discussed as much so I really wanna touch on that.

Thank you so much for keeping the show alive & thrive and I hope you enjoy this one.

Luv ya,

Dan

Damn, I had no idea someone as pure as Toller could even exist in times like these. And I also wondered why the name ›Kurt Eisner‹ sounded so very familiar to me, even though I'm definetly not the kind of person, that memorizes all the names from history class...then I remembered that I live only one street away from Kurt-Eisner-Straße. Nice to finally know, who that was. This episode felt like the most disheartening yet, but thanks for making it!

Dang, this one gets heavy… thanks Daniel!
