Kuwait Motor Town - Ai fixes.

A tiny amount of people were having issues with the AI on the latest build of Kuwait Motor Town.

Myself and several others were not able to reproduce the issues, so the origin of the error is a bit of a mystery, but we think it was due to the new AI lines being recorded with 0.2.7p1 version of CSP active.

In this update the AI lines for the South layouts have been re-recorded using an older version of CSP, This hopefully fixes the issues people were having.

If you were having the issues, be sure to 100% REMOVE The Kuwait Motor Town track folder entirely, then when it is uninstalled copy across the new files.
