Updated the three historically accurate paint schemes.
Two new fictional Itala paint schemes.
Updated UI.
Adjusted weight of car.
Revised suspension packers.
Minor revision to suspension damage code.
Enabled CSP extended physics' advanced double wishbone suspension physics simulation, aka DWB2.
New tire temp physics code.
Adjusted default setup.
