Hey guys, new update for the Modena 1970 circuit today.
For those not familiar, the Autodromo di Modena was a 2.366 km circuit inaugurated in 1950, it was an iconic race track located near Modena, Italy. It shares space with a 1.600 km airstrip used by the local flying club. From 1948 to 1961, it hosted nine Modena Grand Prix events featuring Formula One and Formula Two cars, along with various other races, until its closure in 1975. During the 1960s and 1970s, it served as a testing ground for Ferrari and Maserati, while also functioning as an airport for private flights. Ferrari driver Mike Parkes notably flew directly to the track from England.
Quite a few changes have been done over the last few months, not all are listed below as somethings will just slip through the net.

This update has mainly concentrated on the accuracy of the track. The next update will be working on the AI, adding italian flags and some more buildings.
- Shifted whole west (s/f) straight towards the east slightly to fit newly sourced historical documentation and photographs better.
- Moved main grandstand further away from the main track.
- Added the secondary smaller grandstand.
- Fixed slightly glitchy advert boards.
- Added collision detection to all haybales for the full layout.
- Added collision detection to the sponsor barriers along the start/finish.
- Added new hedges.
- Adjusted pitlane layout to allow for up to 44 grid and pit slots (it was 22 before).
- Added new track detritus alongside the hedges and hay bales, so there are leaves and strands of hay lying around for a bit more detail.
- Added tyre rubber and dirt on the outside of the hairpin, as it looks like it would get quite bad down there.
- Repositioned track spectators to match with new grandstand positions.
- Re-done AI, but it is not final.
Thanks,
Tyrone
