I've really been getting into Blender's procedural texturing abilities lately. I created a shader that allows you to control the position and shape of the mottling on a horsecock. A video demonstrating it is attached to the post.
I'm working on a pack of horsecock assets to sell since there was so much interest from folks in getting a hold of that last one I did. I'll probably include this shader along with it.
