Billing Poll

You've probably been asked this before by other creators. It makes sense not to charge someone twice in a month when they join. The only concern I have about the change is how it would affect access to polls. My current monthly polls are set up to be available on certain dates. If someone joins too late for a poll one month, would that be seen as not getting what you paid for? I'm not sure what people would think. Give me some feedback if you have any strong opinions about it.

It would seem that there is a slight preference to keep the billing as it is. I won't be changing it for now. Maybe later on I'll reconsider.
