“Tim,” said Mr. Jacobson, the teacher. “What did I say about the phone? If I see it again, you’ve got a detention coming.”
Tim sighed and said, “Sorry.” He closed the app and slipped the phone into his bag. He did his best to control his temper, but he was more than a little pissed off now at his history teacher.
As Mr. Jacobson began his lecture, Tim decided that he had a new subject he wanted to edit now. When Mr. Jacobson turned to write on the board, Tim snatched his phone from his bag and snapped a picture of his teacher right when he had turned around. He selected Mr. Jacobson and glanced at the caption. Then, he hit “show more” once, so it read:
Adam Jacobson is a 45-year-old history teacher. He is married to Karen, his wife of 18 years. Together, they have three children, a 16-year-old daughter, a 13-year-old son, and a 10-year-old son. (Show more.)
Tim saw quite a few possibilities for fun there. Maybe he could make his teacher the same age as one of his kids. He could even make him younger than them. Or, he could try something really unusual.
