🛠 Developer Diary

Hey everyone — been a while since I’ve done one of these!
Hope you’re all doing well.

Life’s started to settle down a bit lately, and honestly, I feel so much better than I did six months ago. In the run-up to Christmas, I’ve been working hard to catch up on minis and get everything back on track.

Here are a few quick bullet points on what’s coming up and how it’ll shape Gaz Minis going forward:

• 🧱 I’ll continue making minis, but at some point in 2026, I’ll likely be taking on a job alongside this.

• 🧙‍♀️ Monthly release plan:

  • 7 minis total

  • 1 detailed feature mini designed for a larger scale

  • 2 table-top 32mm minis

  • 1 dollar pinup (sexy mini)

  • 3 units for an OPR squad

• 🎨 Coloured renders may or may not appear, depending on time — I’ll include them when possible!

This setup feels sustainable, and I think I can settle into a nice routine with it when I eventually get a job.

I also really miss streaming — I just don’t have a solid setup at the moment, but I do plan to return soon. I’ll let you all know when that happens!
