Here's a preview of the finished cg scene for when you visit the nurse's office in episode 3. These are optional cg scenes, as you have to agree to the nurse's offer for them to take place.
We'll see Zoey's cg scene next in the upcoming week or so, which will be the last of ep 3 cg art. (Aside from the additional/optional version of the wedgie cg scene in ep 3 also being added on Jan 25th) After these, we'll see previews of the upcoming cg art for Miki's Dream and more. :P
