Update and payment problems

Recently we solved a problem with one team member by not deliery his part of work in time and causing the delays you already know, we are backing on track dear patrons, don't worry.
You'll have good news sooner.
We've heard a lot of pledges have been declined this month, the reason was Patreon changed their bank system to the UK and banks are thinking Patreon payments are frauds. Contact your bank/card company and let them know that is okay.
Patrons who uses Paypal are not having this issue we think so, but we're not sure.
