Topic Poll
Added 2025-08-12 22:32:47 +0000 UTCG'day all.
As promised, I'm back with a topic prioritisation poll (with multiple choice enabled as normal). The Ukraine update may or may not get bumped up simply to reflect recent events but the rest are in various stages of preparation and can probably be accelerated based on feedback and interest.
Also, wanted to say thanks more broadly for the patience over a chaotic last month or so. I've done my best but There are a few more weeks of time zone changes ahead before I return to stability but I'll do my best to keep the disruptions to a minimum regardless.
Cheers again for the ongoing support and engagement. It makes all this possible and I will never stop being incredibly thankful for it.

2025-08-26 15:47:35 +0000 UTCHi, it could be very interesting with a video about Europe´s defense industries. Have the defense firms increased their production and with what kind of equipment.

2025-08-21 20:12:11 +0000 UTCHow about this Big Beautiful Arms deal even Dear Leader could love: From a supporter in Amerika: As Ben Hodges said, first define the mission. Want to get serious? Want to end this obscene nightmare this year? Give Ukraine the funds needed TO WIN from the 300 billion in seized assets, and do a big arms deal with Dear Leader. Send Ukraine just 10% of our stored forty year old ODS arms: 350 more Bradley IFVs, all 150 of the Stryker MGS (already retired by our Army). 230 (our oldest) M1 Abrams tanks, 85 more Paladin SP guns, 120 F-16s, flown by our own bored retired pilots with decades of experience. Toss in all 250 of the A-10s just retired to the Boneyard in Tucson. Our Air Force will gratefully thank you. We retired fifty F-15s and fifty F-16s last year alone, so parts planes? And immediately, send two of the 8 Patriot SAMs just returned from a 40 year "loan" to Israel. Except for the SAMs, we can do all of that ten more times. (Thanks Perun). (posted to Times Radio)

2025-08-16 23:29:38 +0000 UTCSo you know, Sir, I don't mind the delays in your extremely high-quality presentations. Take all the time you need to ensure your health and the content's quality, seriously! Good things are worth waiting for, and at this point you may actually be the best reporting on current events on the internet. At the same time, I appreciate it a lot when you give us advance notice of the delays, because whether and when your episode drops can change my afternoon plans.

2025-08-16 18:20:48 +0000 UTCI’d enjoy all the topics, but I’m especially drawn to the nation studies. My other suggestions are 1) a video with a few especially positive examples of procurement successes, something like the opposite of “How Procurement Destroys Armies” and “US Naval Procurement Disasters.”. 2) a video that selects a small to medium sized country (excluding emus and kiwis), identifies some potential weaknesses or challenges, then proposes some possible force structures or other changes to address them. Basically a few real world examples of how the principles of “Defence Strategies for Small Nations” could be applied.
