Posting on Saturdays

Just a heads up, for this week an next I'm planning Saturday video releases rather than Sunday ones - just fits better with my schedule and allows people more of a weekend to watch if they'd like to.

This week is captured equipment (featuring guest contributor, the Chieftain) while next week will look at Russia's mobilisation announcements.

I will also announce the next round of charitable donations next week based on the poll we had here.

Many thanks as always!

I had a thought....that is probably kinda Dangerous. If corruption extends to the Russian Army and the Navy what about the Strategic Missile Forces. I mean if you are never going to use these weapons who would miss parts from a weapon that will never be used? The Value of seeing these items on the black market would be well worth it for that grunt who is getting $30 a month. Treaties do not allow for tests of Nukes anymore. How would anyone know if these weapons where missing a few parts here and there. Are these troops paid well? is there corruption? Culturally corruption is fine. Saying all this I hope we never find out.

I second this, would love to see videos on both logistics of mobilization and grain exports. Another video I would like to see is a Vagner group analysis/pmcs in general. Seems like they did a lot of contracts in Syria and Africa in the past 8 years. There is a lack of credible information so I don’t know how difficult this one would be.

Topic Ideas. A) Not sure logistics is entirely your sweet spot, but given mobilisation, I'm interested to understand the complexities of moving several hundred thousand men (possibly a million if we believe those numbers), arming them, and keeping them fed, let alone keeping vehicles fueled etc. What countries do this well (or is the US the only one of comparable size and with any data points)? What is their ramp up time? B) I know grain may not be a 'sexy' topic, but does grain really provide Russia significant sphere of influence? I'm thinking natural resource rich countries. Or, was/is Russia's strong suit simply energy? C) Provide a Russia Economy update. I suppose Topic B and C could probably be one topic.
