Updating tier names

Just wanted to give you a quick heads up that I have adjusted the (admittedly entirely cosmetic) names for the patron tiers and added two more levels.
There are no specific benefits associated with the higher levels, they were just a request by people who were otherwise having to use the manual donation tool in order to set their extremely generous levels of support.
I've also adjusted the names and flavour text to better suit the bulk of my recent content and the audience around here.
That said, for those that are still here from the gaming days, I have something special in store for you as we get closer to the release of Terra Invicta, stay tuned.
Thank you all for your ongoing support, it means the world to me and seriously takes the edge of reading angry emails!

I've watched enough videos that I could hear the descriptions in Perun's voice. I am just sad there is not a $1 Private Conscriptovich tier.
