My DeviantArt account was banned

Just an hour ago DeviantArt banned my account with no warning, just saying "we believe we banned your other account before". So frustrating...
I've messaged them, but honestly, I have no faith in their platform & CS. For those who have paid for a subscription on Deviant - please join for free here and I'll gift you the same Tier of subscription back.
