You remember and pop open the pocketwatch. You look at the minute hand and it points to the left. You consult with the bunny, he looks at the pocketwatch and thinks.

"I-I don't know, everyt-t-thing seems to want to get us or.. fuck us."

You shift nervously, looking around and scratching a non-existent itch on the back of your neck. You take a spin with the watch in your palm, trying to see if you can deduce anything with it. Instead, you are just spinning around in circles. You sigh, stuff it back into your pocket and proceed to the left.

You walk down some stairs into what appears to be an abandoned sewer system. A lower canal sits in the middle of the hallway, rats jumping across away from both of you as you trek into the darkness. As you are walking, you spot something glittering on the floor. You immediately stoop down and snatch it up on instinct before even realizing what you picked up. The bunny is stunned by your speed. You nervously laugh and look down at it. It's a gold coin. Your heart flutters and your eyes quickly dart around. A sudden greed fills you as you leap forward at the next glitter. The bunny cries out, "W-w-wait!"

You find another piece of gold, this time a quarter of a coin and you tsk loudly, snapping your tongue against the roof of your mouth. You suddenly come to and shake your head. Where is this sensation coming from? The bunny manages to catch up, "D-don't leave me!"

You gulp nervously and apologize.
