HOTEL LEX - FLOOR 2 (2/?)

You crack open your hotel door only for a bunny in front of you to fling it wide open and shout, "G-get out of here man! There's s-s-something coming down the hall!"
Without waiting for your reaction, the bunny disappears. Two other people scurry by in a panic. You look to the left and see a giant shadow cast along the wall that sends shivers down your spine followed by a voice that sounds like what could only be explained as a throat stuffed with tar and water. It sputters and speaks in a voice of multiple pitches, "CHECK OUT TIME HAS PASSED, YOU WILL NOW BE PUNISHED," accompanied by a horrific scream.
Your legs move on their own as you don't wait to see what monstrosity could be around the corner. You follow the bunny's retreat down the hall only to discover the halls twist and turn in confusing directions. This clearly wasn't any ordinary hotel you've been to.

Not trying to blow lives on it, but I really, really want to see the tarry thing somehow. Maybe we'll see the cleaning crew elsewhere.
