The Seatbelts was a band invented for Cowboy Bebop by the genius composer Yoko Kanno for this show! She brought together an ensemble of dozens of master instrumentalists and vocalists from Japan, New York and Paris, to compose brilliant music in every genre they could think of (and maybe inventing a few) for the soundtrack of Cowboy Bebop, ending up releasing seven albums, and going on to tour as performing group after the show. They reassembled in 2020 to do an online COVID performance during lockdown. :)

2025-10-04 03:30:17 +0000 UTCFaye calling Spike "Gadjo" is a fun coincidence because I've been playing KCD2 and there is a whole quest line where Henry helps a band of Romani people. When you first get to their camp people keep saying "You look like the Gadjo the Voivode has been waiting for" Also KCD2 is amazing if anyone out there who likes first person RPG games like Skyrim or Cyberpunk is reading this. My personal GOTY. I've been playing it consistently since it came out in February. 450 going on 600+ hours clocked by the time I finish my second playthrough on Hardcore mode.
