Now, cast-wise, deleted scene opening aside, because these were webisodes produced on the cheap as a bonus, all the cast are the Canadian based actors. That's why Anders only gets name dropped. Faces that are familiar but not immediately recognizable are: Jammer, whose been scattered through S1&2. He's part of Tyrol's deck gang. He got immediately suspicious when Cylons were revealed to look human, he was one of those that lied for the Chief when Chief was under investigation, he helped Lee in early S2 fight off the Centurion boarders and protected Aft Damage Control - "They're not so big now!" And he was kinda skeptical when Tyrol started building the Blackbird. Duck is a pilot introduced in S2, he refused to shake Helo's hand for being a Cylon lover, but relentedwhen Helo suggested carbon composite for the Blackbird, he was then seen and mentioned in passung in Scar as a nugget's wingman. Barolay is that slightly red-headed chick who agreed with Tigh about putting weapins in the temple. She was in "Downloaded" as one of Anders' resistance troupe, then got rescued by Starbuck at the end of S2.

That Starbuck scene is a deleted scene from season 3 proper, there's music they added in that I think was a little overdone, which, I guess the webisodes as presented on the DVDs could have used some backing tracks, but this was a tad OTT for me.
