Jury's still out, but the more this story unfolds, and the more complicated things become for both Osha and Mae in their respective journeys, I'm beginning to wonder if the lead actress is the weak link. Needless to say, playing two twins who each have their own arcs would be challenging for any actor, but I can't help but think a really good performer would be making a real meal of this and so far, I'm not getting it. She's fine, but we're seeing Manny Jacinto and Lee jung-jae give so much with almost every line. I expect the finale will rest on her shoulders and I hope to see her blow the doors off then.

2024-07-08 03:38:15 +0000 UTCI like that they called it "Unknown Planet" as if the other planets that we've never heard of before were any more known to us. :) Sol and Qimir are great, to the point that Qimir feels more like a main character than Osha does, but the story development is frustrating. Sol was about to reveal what happened on Brendok on about 3 separate occasions just in this episode and he got interrupted every time. Bazil having sniffed out Mae didn't seem to serve any purpose either because in the end Sol apparently figured it out on his own.

2024-07-04 22:16:23 +0000 UTCTwo or three items… Vernestra has visions triggered by hyperspace travel if I remember correctly so that’s an interesting easter egg or foreshadowing Osha had said she was synching Pip to the ship so it’s very possible he’s backed up on his charging device I think—and I’m honestly surprised I’ve not seen anyone anywhere suggest this—that Sol, knowing how Osha feels about Pip, saw that he’d been retrieved and it made him suspicious so he said that to see how “Osha” reacted Thanks for the reaction! I’m having a blast watching y’all!
