"Tinkerbell is Problematic"
Added 2024-05-24 16:36:09 +0000 UTCOne of the first comics I pitched a long time ago was to DOFantasy who sell sexually violent comics. I pitched a comic about a woodman who captures a fairy. They flat out said they do not like my art. It's too cute. Boo Hoo!
I think the cute of my art takes the edge off of some more disturbing story lines but I guess they like to keep it disturbing.
Anyways, it should be no surprise that I love Tinkerbell. I mean, probably the first love of every boy was also Tinkerbell! I can imagine that once Peter Pan grows up and starts getting interested in girls, he will see Thik as more than his obedient side kick!
Move over Wendy!

2024-05-24 23:36:06 +0000 UTCSorry DoFantasy rejected you! I get what they were thinking but it'd be neat if they had your cute art (but hardcore sex) to balance out their extreme stuff. The "Hook" movie explored this aspect, that Tinkerbell wanted Peter for herself at some point. And some faerie lore has the fey folk kidnapping children to turn them into fae as they are an abandoned and dying race that can't reproduce anymore. Peter Pan is rather perfect for this.
