A nice wholesome mermaid drawing although I will leave anything to the contrary to your imagination!
How do mermaids have sex? Do they squirt eggs like a fish for mermen to ejaculate on or do they have openings like humans?
Do mermaids have modesty? If they have bikini tops, why not bikini bottoms?
If mermaids are part fish, shouldn't they be hand sized or at their largest the size of a cat?
I'll leave the answer to those question to you!

Fishes come in all sizes from those in aquariums that are the size of a hand to Sharkwhales or Orcase that are larger than humans. And it they are able to breathe air they might be related not to fish but to beings like Dolphins or Whales which means her pregnant size is practically unlimited.

Females develop a “pregnant” belly every cycle (full moon) and then when they are all fulled up with eggs, a merman cums along and oozes cum into her. Then when the eggs hatch, they swim out her tear ducts
