I remember when I was little how terrifying unmarked white panel vans were. When one drove by we would get ready to run for it or we would never play on a street where there was a van parked. I'm not sure how much truth there was in it but I think that this must have come from somewhere.
I guess these days, kids are afraid of clowns... which they SHOULD be!
I included a raw version without any text and a funny framed print for some reason. I feel silly today.
