2021-02-09 11:40:45 +0000 UTCPeople start complaining the second anything even remotely weird happens. You had people bailing on this sequence like 4 pics ago. Weird rarely wins in the polls (t's almost always just muscle growth or turning into a kitty-hulk or werewolf), so I can imagine just not wanting to deal with the backlash when it does. Here's hoping we get some real Lovecraftian eldritch horror weirdness on Apsara sometime in the future though.

In no way whatsoever is this what constitutes "weird", especially not for the guy who's drawn full-on eldritch body horror monster TFs. It feels like he's stretching the definition of "weird" to appease the exact people who've kept him from ever doing the weird shit we know he wants to do again.

I'm not saying it's not amazingly well done, but... We've all seen you do WEIRD and... this really wasn't.
