Well if we just ignore that they probably mean the ACW general you could use that name as an inspiration to draw some Babylon 5 skanks - telepathic Lyta Alexander comes to mind who in that phantasy could be unable to withstand the onslaught of erotic phantasies from the people around her that as a telepath constantly bombard her brain...
