Added 2021-05-03 14:54:58 +0000 UTCI am now at 10 days before I have to vacate the house and still no place to go.
I placed bids on two houses this weekend and both of them failed. Trying again with another two today and a possible third as well as another try at the two. Trying to convince people to find a new house and move out in 10 days is not very easy. I am going to sleep on someone's sofa for a few weeks to give them a more reasonable closing date.
I'm still looking for temporary solutions for running my business and living and I have two leads but all of them require serious sacrifices and suffering for a few month.
I have to apologize that I did not do Fanweek last week and I have not posted very much but I am in a full blown panic mode trying to pack a truck that I do not know where its going and clean the house while trying to shop for a place in a town 80 km away.
Its just been a nightmare.
I would love to just draw for a bit to take my mind off all of the stress but the crisis is so immediate and consequences so bad that I just can't... its like drawing to take your mind off the fact that you're being attacked by a tiger.
I'm so sorry everyone! No matter where I land after the 12th, be sure that I WILL NOT pack up my drawing tablet and computer and maybe I'll have a little more time to relax.

2021-05-03 21:46:01 +0000 UTCI run a business in my house. Renting is difficult. I have a few options of renting a work space from friends and then renting a flat to live. The camp I worked for for 25 years is also shut down during the pandemic so they may reach out and offer me a lifeline. I have a few very thin outs but they are all very thin.
