Eh... Guess science can ruin it, but yes. She feels herself, so nerve endings are connected. Her brain cells are alive, so blood is transferring. She speaks, so lungs are pumping air. I guess I see it more as a dimensional portal of some type, where everything is still technically attached. Sorry... Science sucks when it comes to comics. Mybad
