Comments

It's a quote from Critical Role, coined by Ashley Johnson, of The Last of Us, Blindspot, The Avengers, and many more, fame

Aleph Sharp

This was WAY better than I remembered !

Sufyaan Kazi

There's always something good. Even in an episode, arc, or entire season that we don't like. There's always some good in there. And hey, other folks love it so *shrug*.

Bill

Bill -- Agreed! Dan is a saving grace, though, as you said.

Nicole Mazza

I felt literally the opposite. Season 11 & 12 felt like Russel T. Davis Era Who to me, while 13 had all the tropes of Moffat era Who I did not like as much. So for me it was the worst season of Chibnall era Who.

Red Claw

This episode was the first time since Chibnall took over, that made me feel like I was watching Doctor Who. this series was probably what softened me about this era and allowed me to look at the two previews series more positively. (except for "ascension of the cybermen" that episode is still terrible).

tal goren

I did :)

Bill

Speak for yourself.

We do celebrate Halloween over here, only I suppose it's generally something we don't really decorate our houses as much for. But yeah it's fairly big over here too, just ever so slightly less than it is for you guys across the pond. :)

Jack Bonner

"Time is a weird soup" may be a new favorite quote.

Keith Goodnight

I don't know which of you I like more, you're both so passionate about the series you know, and their both so good so I can't even pick a favorite from best show. Kat might have a slight edge for being in the Marvel show reactions but it's very slight.

Kevin Bartelen

Ugh, Division nonsense. "The end of the universe.... again" Flux-off. I will never like this seasons plot. At least there's Dan. Dan is great! We love Dan.

Bill

I noticed that straight away, and for a short while I thought maybe the younger one of the pair was the Doctor doing her Division training. That theory was debunked pretty quickly!

Firefly24601

You may have not noticed this but the two Division Operatives that were killed by Swarm when he broke free from his prison had the exact same guns that the Fugitive Doctor, Lee, and Gat had in Fugitive of the Judoon, nice continuity. The Division was mentioned in Fugitive of the Judoon in a blink and you’ll miss it moment. On the Judoon Ship when the 13th Doctor and Fugitive Doctor face Gat, the Judoon Captain says “Contract states Judoon must deliver fugitive to contractee at Division” I hadn’t noticed that until someone pointed that out after The Timeless Children aired when The Division was first officially mentioned with context.

The Adopted Whovian

Oh yes, and given my surname, the name the BBC gave to this season was a bit confusing!

Paul Flux

In my childhood in the 1970s Halloween wasn't celebrated really in England, although trick or treating has long been a tradition in Scotland. Over the years, England has adopted it more too, mostly for children who see it on American TV being such a big thing. Traditionally the big autumn festival in England is bonfire night, which conversly is largely ignored in Scotland.

Paul Flux

We do celebrate Halloween in the UK, Though its not as big as America. You'll have some kids going out trick or treating and theres also halloween parties as well in terms of adults just dressing up, drinking and hanging out.

BrightHeart

Paula absolutely has to watch the Remembrance of the Daleks before the last episode. It is required viewing.

Bob Hughes

I have been waiting for this season! I really enjoyed it!
