This episode makes me unreasonably happy (I'm a big fan of Big Damn Heroes moments)...but damn to does it hurt knowing that if Pike had just managed to show up a little earlier, Archie - to say nothing of so many of the rest of the resistance - might have lived to continue fighting for Whitestone.

2022-09-04 19:07:50 +0000 UTCWonβt spoil if Vex and Percy are a canonical couple but will admit back when campaign 1 was airing I shipped them so hard! π€£ Also side note they do make Vex a bit more of an asshole in the show than I ever remember her being in game, then again it has been a few years since my last campaign 1 rewatch and I could be looking back with rose tinted glasses. Also between βBad Newsβ (Percyβs rifle), Keylethβs βWall of Ice β spell, and Pikes return this episode had a lot of good regranted to some of the players most powerful abilities.

Obviously, I can see lots of reasons why they wouldn't want to do a reaction series for an entire Critical Role campaign (although I'd certainly welcome it!) but I think doing some of the shorter (4 episode or less) series and one-shots would be COOL!!!
