Okay without spoilers Season 1 is the "Briarwood Arc." Also I am a bit of a Critical Role Super fan, a bit embarrassed at how much I actually know at times. So some quick tidbits even though Paula is killing it catching even some of the smaller details. General Krieg (Or Brimscythe, the Iron Storm in his Dragon form) was a villain pre Geek & Sundry. This has only been brought up in one maybe two interviews Matt did years ago when Critical Roll was starting. Not a lot of the CR Fanbase knew that going in, The only thing changed in the show from the original fight is Vax actually dealt the Killing blow in the home game, not Grog. "Where the Twin Rivers Meet" Is actually a reference to how Vax slayed Brimscythe. Stabbing the Dragon in the neck and ridding it down like a sail in an old pirate movie, Vax got the "How do you Want to do This?" Oh one super cool bit that foreshadows Krieg being the Dragon can be caught in episode one. When the Tal'Dorei council is talking about sending more men Krieg says "All of our Mercenaries, Slaughtered like lambs!" Cut to the first encounter with Brimscythe were he literally crushes a lamb. Sad to see Gravity Falls come to an end but if any show had to take it's slot I am so, so, so happy it's Legend of Vox Machina. Oh one last Trivia bit, Vox Machina is a loose play on words translated from "Voice Machine" A clear Reference to the groups history of voice acting.
