Took some time off but now I'm back to watch the ladies complete series 10. Just caught up on what I missed and ready for more. Let's go!

Henry from CO

(Also, her last story -- 'Survival' -- from way back when TOTALLY has queer bits too. <3)

I loooooove that this story was written by Rona Munro, who is not only the first writer to write for New Who from the Classic Series, but also that it was a great female writer. <3 <3

I haven't really watched this whole season since it aired, but while this is one of my favourites of the later seasons, I enjoy watching Kat enjoying Paula's reaction more.

Gjermund Higraff

I wasn't as big of a fan of this episode upon first watch. I didn't dislike it or anything. This one is on that growing list of. Those you appreciate more with time, rewatches and also with that inevitable comparison game. When you see a continual pattern of poorly thoughtout, written and delivered rivals. That you don't feel you are growing to love the more you see them. Not in the way you used to anyway. It helps frame what your tastes are for what you know works. Defines what you think it's comparatives are lacking. More specifically, in what basic and fundamental areas that you feel helped signify what good Who could be. Thanks for enjoying this one and bolstering this one further up the rankings for me.

Daryl

Love Paula's "what if"s. What if Paula wrote Dr. Who?

Bob Hughes

Bill is the first one ever to have noticed the "lip-synch" effect of the Tardis translation circuit.

This wasnt a well liked eps at the time, I think most of the reviews focused on the monster rather than the people. Viewing it now, I enjoyed it a lot more. I think Kat & Paula reacted exactly as the writer intended - you guys get it/got it.
