They really should do a special miniseries viewing of I, Claudius, which not only stars Brian Blessed at peak Blessed-tude, but also has a really young John Hurt as Caligula and Patrick Stewart (with toupee) as the conniving Sejanus (sleeping with a character played by the actress who played Magenta in Rocky Horror!).

Someone commented on another channel that apparently they were going to cast Brian Blessed as the fake Odin, but he sadly had other commitments. A real shame, as he would have elevated the episode up several notches in my opinion. You can, however, still see the wonderful Brian Blessed in all his bombastic glory in a 6th Doctor story called Mindwarp, which is a must-watch whenever you get around to Colin Baker’s era.

Vikings never had horns on their helmets. I mean, I'm all for stretching history a bit on this show, but what's with the cartoon Vikings?
