I'm most of the way through season 1 now. Skin of evil is the next ep. dreading it. I love Tasha. Also Upon moving onto season two I'm most looking forward to Kats reception of Dr Pulaski. and.... DAYTA.

I found this list really helpful. Do you have a handy list for your other seasons too?

The Galaxy-class is a type of starship built by Starfleet from the mid 24th century into the 25th century. It was primarily intended to be a ship of exploration, but is also extremely heavily armed. This class of vessel is one of the largest and most powerful ever constructed by Starfleet.

Please make sure you watch something that highlights George Takei. He's a national treasure at this point and is very active on social media helping push our world towards a better place. His story growing up in the US Internment Camps is something everyone should read. Interestingly, he replies to some comments on social media.

If you like Wesley, check out Wil Wheaton's journey. He's got a LOT to say about his experience with Star Trek and has recently spoken about how he was exploited by family. He's got a FB page and probably other social media. - As to 1x13, their attempt to address Sexism, you have to remember in that decade topics of Sexism, Racism and Bigotry was barely touched on in nearly all forms of media. So this was really cutting edge for the era. Looking back at it now, it seems a tepid effort. Though perhaps they couldn't get more through the Network?

Finally seeing the reaction to Yar's death was one thing. But one funny moment is Paula's subtle reaction to Katrina saying Yar "won't be on it ever again" during the next episode reaction.

I always liked Too Short a Season. But continue to think the one problem with it is the Admiral for some reason has a weird “old person accent” until he gets younger.

Great news and thanks! I was late to join Patreon, so I was never able to see Kat's reaction to Tasha's death that you guys often reference.

I can see that perspective but I've always wondered, given how pretty much every character improved as the 2nd and 3rd seasons went on, I wonder would Yar have become a better character over time, too? I think she's sort of a weak character, but maybe they would take her in an interesting direction.

This sounds ridiculous, but I got this email and the first thing out of my mouth was "praise the Lord." And that's not a phrase I normally say.

Congrats on getting access to these and thank you for posting them here. Looking forward to going through them. I'll be watching them in order, but I had to watch Symbiosis first. To me, it's the strongest of season 1 and my favorite of the season.

So cool, hopefully the first 4 seasons of Doctor Who as well?

Went right for the Skin of Evil reaction first! A lot of fans felt the same as Katrina. When Crusher says Yar is dead everyone was assuming she’d be revived by the end of the episode. Story wise It really did come out of nowhere

I was lucky enough to get these though FT back in the day. Nice to see them give you the reins to all of them now. I hope they'll do the same for all your full Doctor Who episodes soon.

Regarding 1x22 Skin of Evil: I'm going to be blunt here. I think it was for the best that Denise Crosby left the show, and I personally don't feel that she's a very good actress. Just my own opinion. The only time I felt she really shined through was the scene in Yesterday's Enterprise near the end in Picard's ready room where she requested a transfer to the Enterprise C .
But, to be fair, at the same time I think the show's writers did a poor job with her character, so it was for the best overall, I think. Plus, she got to be in some movies, which is what she wanted.
Had this not happened then Worf might never have become a main character and chief of security... and some other stuff that happens which I can't say yet.

I love you two!! I've been wanting so much to go back and watch these reactions again; and now I can. Classic Who; Modern Who; Star Trek: TOS; the first 4 seasons (very nearly) of TNG. My four favourite TV series,to watch again in your entertaining company :)

From a time long ago before we all had to stay apart. But at least now we get to see your cute kitty cats in the more recent reactions.

Mediator between the Federation and the Ferengi would be the best position for him, I'd think.

Regarding 1x25 The Neutral Zone: Despite being a bit of an overconfident, conceited jerk I sort of liked that Oppenhouse guy, at least in his ability to assess the Romulans the way he did even though he was from the 20th century. It would be a shame and waste of potential if he didn't become a Federation mediator.

Wonderful! I'd love it if you made a post like this for each season so it's easier to find old episodes to go back and re-watch.

Yes, classic Gallifrey Gals. Just saw a few minutes of the first ep. Paula can hardly contain her enthusiasme haha. And it's amazing how fast they introduce Q, in period costume no less. We haven't seen half the crew yet at that point. Did Paula ever say her nickname for Picard?
