Think globally, act locally, as the saying goes. Although those concepts get a little confused when you're constantly traveling and you do have a plan, resources and a timetable to take global action, Sokka still comes off a bit like the sort of terminally online people talking about a revolution while they don't want to try organizing so much as their own neighborhood. Telling someone to stop helping people cause they have bigger fish to fry never makes you the good guy.
