I love the thumbnail choice here. Scrolling through the Patreon feed I saw the picture and immediately thought "Woody from Toy Story is the Night Strangler?"

2025-09-03 13:19:49 +0000 UTCPleeeeaasseee watch the series. Some clunkers but a lot of BANGERS! Great blend of comedy, horror, suspense and some science fiction. As in the case of Battlestar Galactica the network rushed the series so Darren McGavin spent endless hours fine-tuning and honing the dialogue and the stories so that the show would try to achieve the same quality as the TV movies. It was a thankless task and although he achieved it in many episodes and some episodes it wasn't possible to save them. At the end of the first season Darren McGavin just threw his hands up and said he had had enough and walked away. There is a chance it could have had a second season but it never happened.

And I remember an alien lizard story, I think it's the Gorn, it was pretty good too. They're all pretty good you guys will probably enjoy them. Seventies aesthetic to the hilt.
