I'll freely admit that the aliens taking Romulan form was a bit wonky, and the story harkens back to The Next Phase pretty heavily, but it's still one of my very favorite TNG episodes (I also really like The Next Phase). It's just a very interesting situation, and the way the episode starts off with them chatting about the conference is just great. This is an easy S for me.
