When it's about moments, i think the intro movie to Final Fantasy 8 blew me away back in the days. One of the first RPGs where I killed the 100 hour mark. Before this...The Legend of Zelda on NES was one of my favorite games. Of course much less cinematic, but still awesome (we had nothing back then). There are many more games like Baldurs Gate where i had really great moments in my mind, but i am afraid the list would be too long. Dragon Age Origins, Mass Effect 2, Final Fantasy 14, Diablo 2, Deus Ex etc. etc. Many things I will probably remember forever. :)
