Held back by the B plot - which gets points for actually relating to the A plot, but sees the rest of the crew sitting around and being given a cookie-cutter task to do mostly to fill out run time. Imagine if uncovering the scheme and retaking control of the array used those 15 allotted minutes for more than just preparing to give the bad guys a migraine.
