Fella's when D.C. Fontana is writing the screenplay.....it's gonna be a deep, well thought out story. Many more to come and she writes many of the fan series episodes in the 2000s. Enjoy.

If there is doubt when the punishment is death, it seems fair to not kill unless absolutely certain. If they punish Curzon Dax, they not only killing Jadzia, they are also punishing all the previous hosts by killing all their combined memories and experiences so I think they have to be much much more careful with their decisions. Let’s say that he really did kill a person, I would think the best case is to wait until Jadzia is old like Curzon and when is the time to transfer the symbiont, they just don’t do it anymore and let the symbiont die.
