2025-04-21 17:51:45 +0000 UTCThis is one of the most ToS TNG episodes, and it shows. Pure contract filler. It's just so baffling why they'd make it a two patter season finale like they did. It could have easily been a one episode mid season story, and it would have been just fine, but they gave it a position to be compared to stories like Best of Both Worlds, Redemption, and Chain of Command.
